Do you require rental protection?
Yes, we do require that you have a protection plan when you rent a storage unit. You can either provide proof of your own insurance as you are checking out, or you can purchase one of our many affordable plans. With a few different options to choose from, you are able to pick the best for your situation and budget. If you are unsure what kind of plan to purchase, our storage experts can talk you through the process.
Are locks provided/sold on site?
Yes, ProSafe Storage sells storage supplies—including storage unit locks—in our office. We sell a variety of packing and moving supplies, including boxes, packing tape, furniture covers, box cutters, and more!
How do I pay my bill online?
Navigate to the top of our website, and find the button labeled “Pay Bill.” From there, you can login with your credentials and click on the storage unit in your account that you wish to pay the bill for, or you can continue through the process as a guest. If you wish to be proactive, you can also prepay for your upcoming month’s bill.
Can I sleep in my storage unit?
No. Living in a storage unit is not only prohibited by local and federal housing laws, but it is extremely unsafe. Doors to the storage units lock from the outside, and they do not have running water sources to support living on the property.
What storage unit size do I need to rent for my load size?
ProSafe Storage’s selection of storage units features a variety of different size spaces to match any load and budget. Take inventory of the boxes and additional items you are looking to store, and consider the length of time of your storage needs. Different sizes and features may suit your belongings better. Our online storage calculator can recommend a storage unit size for you based on the objects you enter into the tool. Can I reach someone from ProSafe Storage after hours?
If you have an urgent issue after business hours, please call us at (440) 887-8227 and press 1 to speak with a representative. There is also a chat button on the website to provide immediate support.
Can I rent short-term?
Yes, ProSafe Storage offers month-by-month storage leases to create flexible storage spaces for you. You will never be stuck in a long contract. Rent for a month, a few months, or keep your items with us long-term.
Does ProSafe Storage offer movers?
No, we do not offer a moving service. However, we connect with reliable businesses in our community and gather a list of Neighborhood Friends to recommend to our tenants. Keep an eye out as we update our list with new businesses.
When I rent online, can I access my storage unit right away?
Yes. Our online storage rentals allow the rental process to be quicker than ever. You are free to access your storage unit immediately once you receive your confirmation email after taking care of your payment. On our website, you choose from our available storage units, select yours, and secure it in a matter of minutes. Once the transaction online is complete, the next step is moving your belongings into your storage unit.
Can I access my storage unit at any time?
No, but ProSafe Storage offers gate access hours outside of our normal office hours. Gate access hours are from 6am-10pm.
