We ran out of storage for our entire (very large) Halloween yard display in seven hills Ohio. We decided to take out a storage unit to store it all. I absolutely would recommend it over and over again! Our prized Halloween display stayed in perfect condition for a year! I highly recommend ProSafe Storage to keep your items in perfect condition without any security issues or critters issues! It did get a little expensive, but the extra space we got was worth my sanity!
Response from the owner:Thank you for trusting us with your Halloween display storage. We're thrilled it stayed in perfect condition. We appreciate your feedback on pricing and will consider it for future improvements!
Tanya was very helpful setting up my rental. The facility is very clean, and organized. And I love the cute Halloween decorations for this upcoming spooky season!

Great experience here! Tonya and Peter were very helpful and great to work with. Plus, the property is well maintained and really easy to access.
Response from the owner:Thank you immensely for your wonderful review, Lindsey! We're so grateful for your business and thrilled that Tonya and Peter provided such helpful service.
Pretty quick and painless process, completely autonomous. Has a drive through to pull you close to the elevator. Did everything by phone, with a credit card and never talked to a single person (which is 50/50) depending on who you are. But I liked it. Prepaid 3 months in advance for less than $300
Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing your experience, Tyler! We're delighted you found our service efficient and appreciated the contactless convenience.
Went in with 100 questions . Peter answered them all and got me everything I needed. I signed up for the unit same day. Made it quick and efficient. Thanks Big Dawg
Response from the owner:We deeply cherish your business and are thrilled Peter could answer all your questions! Thank you for the kind words.
I've rented from a dozen or so storage facilities across Greater Cleveland over the years. My experiences with Tonya, the store manager, have been consistently professional and easy from start to finish. The facility is immaculately clean and offers easy access. I highly recommend it!
Response from the owner:Thank you for taking the time to share your wonderful experience, Dave! Your recommendation truly makes our day!
Peter was the one who signed us up. He was great. Super easy.
Response from the owner:Thank you for your business, Mike! We're so glad Peter made the process smooth for you. Your appreciation means everything to us!
I reserved a unit online. I stopped in 2 days later to get the process going. Peter was most excellent in his customer service, very courteous, answering my questions, and explaining all of the details. He took me on a tour, and showed me several options. I was also very impressed with how clean the facility was. There was also a second employee that answered questions and was very pleasant to speak to. I would recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank you.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for choosing us and for your wonderful recommendation! We're delighted that Peter provided excellent customer service and that you were impressed with our clean facility!
We are getting ready to move in and so far the staff is very friendly and welcoming, if a little talkative. The halls are clean and well lit, the temperature control is great, very little if any moisture. Overall great place so far. 😊
Response from the owner:Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience, Eriq! We're thrilled to hear that our staff has made you feel welcomed as you prepare for your move. We look forward to serving you at ProSafe Storage!

Extremely pleased with these folks. The registration process was very easy, good prices, nice clean facility. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the covered drive-through loading area.

Tanya, the girl who works the front desk. She was very pleasant and went above and beyond. She's extremely knowledgeable and had wow customer experience.
Response from the owner:We are overjoyed to hear about Tanya's service. Her knowledge and dedication to customer experience truly represent our team's commitment.
Very thorough and courteous walkthrough of the facility, and well-detailed explanation of the rental criteria. Peter was patient and took extra time to cover Q&A respectfully.
Process was somewhat rushed but not of negative impact to the experience. Drive-up availability is a major plus, especially with weather changes and accessibility.
Response from the owner:We are honored to hear Peter provided thorough answers to your questions. Drive-up availability helps our customers stay comfortable, and this is always our goal!
The representative at the facility was very informative and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly and was very personable. The facility itself is extremely clean easy to get to my storage facility, the extra perks, such as the restroom, and the dollies to help with moving items is awesome!
Response from the owner:Jen Koscick, we're glad you had such a wonderful experience with us!
Tanya was very informative and helpful when i was looking for a storage unit. Very happy with the unit I got. Facility is very clean. Would recommend highly.
Response from the owner:We are elated to hear about your positive experience with our team and facility! Thank you for choosing us, Tanya!
I’ve been working with the employees of ProSafe on Broadview Rd in Parma for over 6 months. Tanya and Peter helped me initially reserve a 10x15, then a couple months later found a smaller 10x10 space a few units away, for a quick and easy move when it was time to downgrade. And this month, once again they helped me with my move into a smaller 10x5, again just a few units away from my last unit. They both have been wonderful to work with, very helpful and understanding with anything I needed. I would highly recommend ProSafe to anyone who needs a storage unit.
Response from the owner:Thank you for recommending ProSafe! We're thrilled Tanya and Peter provided excellent service during your transitions between units.
