Pretty quick and painless process, completely autonomous. Has a drive through to pull you close to the elevator. Did everything by phone, with a credit card and never talked to a single person (which is 50/50) depending on who you are. But I liked it. Prepaid 3 months in advance for less than $300

I reserved a unit online. I stopped in 2 days later to get the process going. Peter was most excellent in his customer service, very courteous, answering my questions, and explaining all of the details. He took me on a tour, and showed me several options. I’ve been working with the employees of ProSafe on Broadview Rd in Parma for over 6 months. Tanya and Peter helped me initially reserve a 10x15, then a couple months later found a smaller 10x10 space a few units away, for a quick and easy move when it was time to downgrade. And this month, once again they helped me with my move into a smaller 10x5, again just a few units away from my last unit. They both have been wonderful to work with, very helpful and understanding with anything I needed. I would highly recommend ProSafe to anyone who needs a storage unit.

I've used them for over 2 years the facility is clean well lit and they communicated well if there are issues of any kind. I needed to add or get a larger unit and Peter was absolutely fantastic and walked me through unit sizes and costs and got me a unit that worked for me size and price wise.

Everyone was extremely helpful. The facility was clean. Being able to get to your unit till 10 pm was great. I do wish there was a dumpster but I understand why they do not provide that.
